CESARHIKES Rooted in the wisdom of mycelium, growing connections between people, place, and the natural world.

As a self-taught Mexican ethnomycologist, I design immersive experiences that invite like-minded explorers to step away from the noise of modern life and into the quiet intelligence of nature. Through facilitated forest walks, Art-Fungi workshops, and talks on the Fungi kingdom, I create spaces for mindful observation, deep connection, and the rediscovery of our place within the living web of the earth.

Just as mycelium weaves invisible threads to sustain forests—sharing nutrients, linking roots, and fostering resilience.

These experiences nurture human connections. Participants are encouraged to slow down, observe the unseen, and reconnect with the rhythms of the natural world, as well as with each other.

A veces exploro el bosque en bicicleta, y muchas de las veces no soy tan afortunado y termino paseando a mi bicicleta en lugar de que ella me pasee a mi.

Otra tantas me encuentro algunos habitantes del bosque en problemas, como este pequeño búho que se congelaba en el pequeño arrollo en pleno invierno

Muchas veces creemos todo lo que hemo escuchado acerca de nosotros, muchas veces (o casi siempre) de personas cercanas (familiares, padre, madre , hermanos, etc) pero, ¿Qué tanto es cierto?, ¿Qué parte de eso aplica o no?, ¿Me ayuda seguir creyendo eso en mi contexto actual?, ¿Escucho mi propia voz, lo que quiero y lo que puedo?… Es momento, de Aprender a desprender.
